Schedule Manager provides staff scheduling, timecard tracking, and holiday management tools for small businesses, accessible at schedulemanager.uk.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of your business. By registering, you confirm this.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@schedulemanager.uk if you suspect unauthorised access.
New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No payment is required during the trial. At the end of the trial, a subscription is required to continue using the Service.
Paid plans are billed in GBP (£) and are available on monthly, biannual, or annual cycles:
Prices are subject to change. We will provide 30 days' notice of any price changes to existing subscribers.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis according to your chosen billing cycle. All payments are non-refundable except where required by law.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to the Service until that date.

You retain ownership of all data you enter into the Service. We process your data as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring that staff data you enter complies with applicable data protection laws.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect the Service. We will endeavour to notify users of planned downtime in advance.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Schedule Manager shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify registered users by email of significant changes.
